One of my favorite places to eat, but any more. I placed an order today and I was disappointed. This isn't a chicken is a baby chick. Look at the size of this chicken. Serving bowls, same size as always, not. Turn it upside down and you will notice 1/2 inch lip underneath which in addition gets you and me less of what we order. It's getting ridiculous, less food yet higher prices.
We ate here at 8:30pm on a Wednesday night. There was one other man eating there and no one else in the restaurant. We ordered two “bowls”. One Original Pollo Bowl and the Sweet Corn Chicken Pollo Bowl. They were both very good on their own. The original bowl came with 2 flour tortillas (combo) which were tiny packaged tortillas that were thrown into a microwave and came out hard as a rock! The service was bad. Seemed the employees were not in a good mood (except for the older gentleman with a mustache and glasses - he was a sweetheart). It was the end of the day and everyone was tired, I’m sure. But I was disappointed in their attitudes. I won’t eat in the restaurant again. I’d rather take my food home and eat more relaxed next time.
Made a lil money this past weekend and wanted to take out my wife for lunch yesterday (Friday). Of course our lil chickle had to tag along. The food was good even though they had a lil hiccup, by giving me a chicken not fully cooked. That's ok Playas mess up.😁
Place is nice food tastes good. But, when you order a Double chicken Avocado salad you expect the double chicken for what your paying abt $8.00 for the plate. I mean if your to serve hardly chicken then change the title to the plate. A bit shysty with the chicken for the plate. And the sauce it comes with you should get 2 of them if customer request with NO CHARGE. I mean seriously sheesh most places give you 2paks of dressing yall should to. Just saying yet I was dissapointed on that. The man was very rude said if you want another you have to pay for it because your only allowed 1. I'm like uff! So much for my meal wth? Lots lettus, not enough chicken and your limited with dressing wow!. Idk your call people if you want to purchase that. I'm not saying anything about the taste they are good. It just leaves a bad bitter taste in your mouth for the price. Makes me wonder a normal chicken salad and how many pieces of chicken for that salad I'm just sayin.
It was my first time trying out this location the food was ok the chicken was kind of cold would have liked it warmer. I tried the tostada bowl not too bad. Saw an employee walk out of restroom and didn't wash hands🤢.
Ugh today you messed up Pollo. Very tiny pieces of chicken and the rice super salty! And no cherry coke! I guess I will be giving KFC another try.
Had a Street Corn Bowl. It was meh. Service was good and restaurant was clean. It was a meal I probably wouldn't repeat for a long while. I should have just ordered the grilled chicken.
I love a polo loco the flavor is amazing and I love the rice it just have the right flavors. the only thing that is a little lacking is the tortillas but it's okay I still eat them. I will definitely go again.
